1. Overview

Amanfoo Connect is a private digital community designed for Prempeh College alumni. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Amanfoo Connect and apply whenever you access or use our website, mobile features, or related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be a verified Prempeh College alumnus or an authorized community partner to use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate community standards.

3. Acceptable Use

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes connected to alumni networking, mentoring, business discovery, events, fundraising, and career development.

Do not upload harmful code, harass other members, scrape data, impersonate others, or promote unrelated commercial products.

Administrative tooling (e.g., community management, messaging, or fundraising dashboards) may only be accessed by authorized users with the required permissions.

4. Member Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profiles, jobs, events, discussions, donations). By posting, you grant Amanfoo Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content strictly for Platform operations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any materials you upload (e.g., company logos, photos, or documents).

We may remove or limit visibility of content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Fundraising

Donations, sponsorships, or fundraising activity facilitated through the Platform may be subject to third-party payment terms.

You are responsible for reviewing campaign details before contributing and for complying with relevant financial or tax regulations.

Amanfoo Connect is not liable for disputes between donors and campaign organizers but may assist with mediation at our discretion.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as outlined there.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or the accuracy of member-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanfoo Connect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be communicated via the Platform or email.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
